Lewington Homes Limited was established in Farnham in 2004 by Richard Gray. Richard is a highly skilled individual with extensive 
experience throughout the construction industry.
Our aim is to provide a complete building package for our customers that will exceed all expectations. Our meticulous approach ensures that each project from a double storey extension to structural alterations will be expertly project managed and the work will be carried out by our team of professional tradesmen. In addition, it will be completed on time, on budget and to the highest standards.
Whether you are planning an extension, loft conversion, garage conversion or refurbishment, it requires the skills of many craftsmen. From carpentry and joinery, electrical work, plumbing, flooring, bricklaying, plastering, painting, tiling, lighting and heating, there are many trades involved. At Lewington Homes we are proud to say that, as we have these skills in house, our own craftsmen complete most of the work and the use of sub-contractors is kept to a minimum.
We strongly believe in building a personal rapport with our customers to develop a better understanding of their requirements and expectations. Because every project is managed carefully, we are able to co-ordinate each task so that the building programme can flow without interruption. In essence, we start and finish projects on time with the least amount of disruption to our clients.
